MIKE is the Owner of Elite Air and a licensed Mechanical Contractor with over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. EPA certified and highly skilled in installation, maintenance, problem-solving, and attention to detail, he is committed to delivering high-quality work and lasting solutions. Known for being approachable, honest, reliable, and professional, he takes pride in building strong, trustworthy relationships with customers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with wife and daughter, watching football, hiking, boating, and relaxing with a good movie. He founded Elite Air on September 6, 2018.
Kynzee Phillips
Office Manager
KYNZEE is the Office Manager at Elite Air, bringing a strong background in retail, accounting, and payroll to the team. She is highly organized, excels at multitasking, and effectively manages scheduling and day-to-day operations. With a kind, patient, and compassionate approach, she ensures a positive experience for both customers and team members. She began working part-time with Elite Air in September 2018 and transitioned to a full-time role in 2020 after being laid off from her previous job. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, shopping, and gardening.
Adam Rockwell
Operations Manager
ADAM is the Operations Manager and a licensed Mechanical Journeyman at Elite Air, bringing 18 years of industry experience to the team. He holds EPA certification and is highly skilled in troubleshooting, ductwork, and delivering great customer service. Known for his strong communication skills, active listening, and empathetic nature, he consistently puts customer satisfaction first. Outside of work, he is a dedicated family man—married with three daughters—and enjoys spending time with his family, participating in scouts, playing chess, and recreational shooting. He officially joined Elite Air on May 5, 2025.
